The Mortgage Supply Company now has new offices in Hobsonville.
Hobsonville is in the heart of North West Auckland where a huge amount of development and housing is happening making it the ideal place to have a mortgage broking business.
Stuart Wills has been a mortgage broker since 1997 and for the past 12-years has been the broking for Mortgage Link but after much consideration has now joined and re-branded the business to The Mortgage Supply Company.
What The Mortgage Supply Company Offers
It is important for a mortgage broker in New Zealand to be part of a respected brand and in this way ensure the support of the banks and lenders so that they can then in-turn offer their clients the best finance options.
Any good mortgage broker needs to be able to offer their clients quality advice and lending options. There are a number of banks and non-bank lenders in the New Zealand market and keeping abreast of the options is extremely important for the brokers. Jenny Campbell is the CEO of The Mortgage Supply Company and comes with a vast industry experience from her time as the General Manager of both the NZMBA (New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association), and the PAA (Professional Advisers Association).
West Auckland Mortgage Brokers
Since 2004 Stuart Wills has been known as a West Auckland mortgage broker after establishing the West Auckland Mortgage Link office on Lincoln Road, Henderson.
In 2008 Stuart & Erica joined the largest West Auckland accountants in a joint venture and operated the Mortgage Link West Auckland business from within the accountants offices in Catherine Street in Henderson.
After a lot of careful planning, at the end of 2015 Stuart & Erica shifted to new Mortgage Link branded offices in Hobsonville and were known as Mortgage Link North West. The company name was also changed to North West Mortgages Limited when they exited from the joint venture with the accountants UHY Haines Norton Auckland.
The new location meant they could still easily service West Auckland but also made it easier to look after clients in the quickly growing North West of Auckland and also the North Shore.
Now the business is being re-branded to The Mortgage Supply Company and with the existing offices in Te Atatu Peninsula will be arguably the largest and most professional mortgage broking group operating in West Auckland.
We Are Open For Business
The business has not stopped.
We are still in business operating as mortgage brokers from our offices in Hobsonville and apart from a few administrative changes things should continue as normal.
Of course one of the major reasons for making the change from Mortgage Link to The Mortgage Supply Company was the ability to serve our clients better and therefore over the next few months there will be some changes happening, but many of these are internal administrative changes that may not be obvious.
