As financial advisers we have access to a number of banks and other lenders that we use on a regular basis, plus we have a few that we will just use for specific situations.
There is always a reason for using a specific bank or lender, but these reasons do vary a lot.
Sometimes it could be that one lender has the best options, but other times it may be that they have the only option.
