The Importance of Teamwork

When you engage with Mortgage Managers you are getting access to not just a mortgage adviser, but a team as well.

Of course, we believe that our mortgage advisers are all very good – but also know how much better it is to have a team of mortgage advisers that can work collaboratively to share their knowledge and ideas which will ultimately ensure that you get a better result.

So let’s look at why we say that you really do benefit from the importance of teamwork…

When you work with a mortgage adviser you want:

  1. to know that they can consider all options for you
  2. to know that they know the policies with all banks and non bank lenders
  3. to know that they know the features with all banks and non bank lenders
  4. to know what banks and non bank lenders are offering the best deals at the moment

We know that these are things that people expect from a mortgage adviser, but we also know that it’s extremely difficult ort nearly impossible for any one person to know all of these things and keep up to date with the changes that happen constantly.

In New Zealand there are a lot of mortgage advisers that work by themselves and often from home and they have the choice of either (a) working with just a few banks so they can keep up to date or (b) being very slow and/or (c) not providing the best advice.

Obviously by going directly to a bank you might get someone that knows all of that banks options, policies and features BUT it would just be that one bank.
